Candle Workshop Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  • You will receive a booking confirmation email after your reservation is complete. A reminder email will also be sent 24 hours before your workshop. Please keep your confirmation email, as it serves as your workshop ticket.
  • We host workshops in a cozy setting with a maximum of 8 participants. A minimum of 2 participants is required. If a session is canceled due to low registration or weather, you’ll be notified 24–48 hours in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please note, workshops are not eligible for discounts.
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may need to reschedule.
  • Participants under 12 must attend with a paying adult.
  • Aprons are provided, but we suggest wearing clothes you’re comfortable getting a little messy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 7+ days in advance → Full refund or reschedule
  • Cancel 3–6 days → Reschedule for another date
  • Cancel <48 hours / no-show → Non-refundable
  • Spots are transferable to a friend if you email us their name in advance
